Meet Executive Coach, Richard Massey

My name is Richard Massey.  I bring over 35 years of business experience to my executive coaching clients specializing in the financial and personnel management areas.  I have strong communications and leadership skills in both business and human relationships.  Throughout my career, I have hired, organized, and lead organizations as small as five people to as many as one hundred fifty.  I have provided leadership to numerous boards or directors from business, to non-profits as well as to homeowners associations and have assisted in facilitating workshops in the areas of improving human relationships.

In addition to executive coaching, I am a Certified Public Accountant with a BBA in Management and Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

I have attended numerous human relationship workshops developed or given by Dr. Phil McGraw, Colin Tipping, Don Miguel Ruiz, Marianne Williamson, Debbie Ford, Neal Donald Walsh, Greg Baer, Ram Das, and others. 

I am a Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Through the vast experience and training I have had throughout my career, it is only a natural transition for me now to that of an Executive Coach.

Through my executive coaching, I will assist others in the development of their leadership and management skills. And by partnering with budding entrepreneurs and frontline supervisors, I will help them uncover and hone their leadership style and skills so that they can maximize their own and their employees’ potential.
